Passengers must be in compliance with the police, customs and health requirements at their destination, transit, and departure countries. This is also valid when they return ro the country of origin.
LATEST CHECK IN TIME
The check-in deadlines specify the time limit beyond which you can no longer board our flights. Generally, check-in begins one hour before departure. The latest check-in time is 20 minutes for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights.
Caution: passed these deadlines, your seat may be given to another passenger.

To avoid interferences with the navigation system, the use of cell phones during the flight is not allowed.
Laptop computers and CD players must be turned off during take off, landing, or upon request of a crew member.
Children between 4 and 12 years of age can travel alone. They are taken care of by our company. Any person accompanying a child, or waiting for him at arrival must provide identification.
Children under 4 years old cannot travel alone. They must be accompanied by a passenger over 18.
CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD
Children under 2 travel free of charge when sitting on the laps of an adult.
It is important to notify it at the time of reservation.
For safety reasons, an adult cannot travel with 2 babies.
Only one adult per baby is permitted.
If you are in your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy, you must provide a medical certificate specifying your month of pregnancy at the date of departure.
You are not allowed to travel any more beyond the 8th month of pregnancy.

A disabled person is anybody whose mobility is restricted by :
ASSISTANT
The assistant of a disabled person must be an healthy adult over 18 years of age. He cannot be in charge of neither a child nor another disabled person. The assistant can be chosen by the passenger (a relative, a nurse or a doctor).
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
TWIN JET, in conformity with the terms of resolution IATA 700, takes part in the transport of disabled people, provided that there is no :
Transport of disabled people obeys both to safety and commercial requirements.
Acceptance of disabled passengers means that it does not go against these standards and requirements.
Pets are allowed in the cabin as long as they comply with all regulations, and as long as they have the agreement of the company at the time of reservation.
Hard kennels and pet baskets are not allowed in the cabin.
For pets which size does not enable them to travel in the cabin, special containers are available at certain airports. In that case, pets travel as air cargo (please ask us for more information).
LUGGAGE IN CABIN
Only one piece of luggage. Its size must not exceed 115 centimeters, and its weight 6 kilograms. The luggage remains under the responsibility of the passenger throughout the trip.
CHECKED LUGGAGE
Your luggage is transported free of charge in the hold of the aircraft, with a weight restriction specified on your ticket (20 kg).
It is preferable that your luggage is hard covered and always locked.
CLAIMING YOUR LUGGAGE
Please make sure that the luggage you claimed is yours.
Before leaving the airport, make sure that you claimed all your luggage, the ones you checked and the carry-ons

At the airport
If you notice any problems when claiming your baggage, (damaged or opened bag), contact immediately the baggage claim service, which is usually located in the same area as the baggage claim, or right at the exit.
Outside the airport
If you notice any problems once you have returned home (damaged luggage, missing items or anything else), please contact as soon as possible the baggage claim service at the airport.
Please take this into account when you plan the time of arrival at the airport.
PROHIBITED ITEMS IN THE CABIN
Prohibited items in the luggage compartment.
For security and safety reasons, the international and national reglementation of air transport prohibits to place dangerous objects in the luggage compartment, i.e. explosive, flammable, corrosive, oxidizing, irritating, toxic, radioactive, magnetic articles, compressed chlorine, painting and gases (e.g. camping butane).
